iCashflow is a tool for anyone who wants to keep an eye on their own personal cashflow. It’s also a great companion to Robert Kiyosaki’s “Cashflow 101” board game – you can use this app instead of your pen & paper balance sheet!

The main screen shows your cashflow statement, which includes a total of all income and expenses, as well as your bottom-line cashflow.

Touch “Income” to view and manage your income items that are not related to assets, such as jobs or child support.

Touch “Expenses” to view and manage your expense items that are not directly related to liabilities, such as income tax, credit card payments, or “other” expenses. Players of the board game may prefer to add up their starting expenses and enter them just one time as “other”, since they don’t usually change throughout the game.

Touch “Assets” to view and manage your assets. When adding an asset, the cashflow should be the net cashflow after all related income and expenses are totaled – you do not need to enter separate “Income” and “Expense” items in the other screens.

Touch “Liabilities” to view and manage your liabilities.

The “Total Income” line in the Statement screen shows the sum of your income items and the positive cashflow from your assets. The “Total Liabilities” line in the Statement shows the sum of your expense items and the negative cashflow from your liabilities.

Cashflow 101 is a registered trademark of Cashflow Technologies, Inc., which has not endorsed nor is affiliated with this application.

What's New in Version 1.01

Fixed annual ROI calculation in asset detail screen to assume that cashflow amount is monthly instead of annual

Know Your Flow!

Great app that let's you know where you're at at all times. Only needs a charting and forecasting feature to be a perfect 5 star app.

Why did I expect more?

This app is simply a cash flow statement and nothing else. It's not a way of tracking anything other than your money inn and money out. It also does not properly display credit card payments in the expenses line. Kiyosaki retired from rich dad I think all the rich dad stuff out now is just to make a franchiser rich

Know your flow!

This great to use with Robert Kiyosaki's cash flow game as well as keeping track of your personal cash flow! I love it!!!!!
